Who receives a service request
This website is operated for the Plumbers Local 130 contractor referral network under the Plumbers 911 Joliet name. Service requests use the Plumbers 911 Chicago account in GoHighLevel. Information supplied in a request may be used by the network and the independent contractor responding to that request.
Information you choose to provide
The callback form asks for your first name, last name, phone number and ZIP code. Internal callback notifications contain those details. Do not send payment-card details, identity documents or unrelated sensitive information. The embedded form’s own notices apply to its consent choices and data collection.
Service providers and website use
The site uses Vercel for hosting, Cloudflare for domain services and GoHighLevel for service-request forms. These services process technical information needed to operate their functions. The embedded form may use its own cookies or storage. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
Optional analytics
If you allow optional analytics, Google Analytics receives page-view and interaction information, including clicks on call buttons and callback links. A click does not confirm a connected call or submitted form. We do not send your form name, phone number or ZIP code to Analytics. You can change your choice below.
Recorded calls
Calls to the dedicated website number are routed to the assigned contractor. Call recording is enabled with an announcement. The contact record may include the website source and contractor for attribution.

For questions about a submitted request or to ask the network about access, correction or deletion, contact support@plumbers911chicago.com. Include enough information to identify the request without sending sensitive documents.
